CONDITIONS OF SALE AND SERVICES

 

Payment

In Italy payment can be by cash, VISA circuit debit or credit card directly from the sales outlet. A receipt will be issued on purchase with an invoice following; it is valid as a transportation document. The invoice will arrive the next month at the address communicated to the sales outlet on purchase.

In the case of telephone or mail order, purchases can be made by bank transfer with advance payment of the entire amount. The goods will leave our sales outlet when the transfer is successful and will be accompanied by an immediate invoice.

EEC customers (except for ITALY) do not pay VAT, provided the VAT registration number exists.

Non EEC customers pay VAT at 20%, with subsequent refund of the VAT if the customer provides the bills of entry attesting the export of the goods.

 

Carriage

 

Carriage is at the customer's expense.

However, we are able to organise the carriage of the purchased goods. Carriage costs are not included in the price.
